In addition to the existing models, new models are currently being constructed in Valencia Walk and are set to be completed by October. These 7 new models will replace some of the older models that are being discontinued. Verano has been steadily building in several sections of the community, and recently closed their current models and sales office in preparation for the unveiling of new models on September 10th. A Broker Preview is also scheduled for September 8th, offering brokers a sneak peek at what Verano has to offer.
Villa homes are available in their final phase on Viterbo Way, while single-family homes are available in the last phases of development on Felicita Way and Pepoli Way. Additionally, Kolter is in the process of building new models that will be open to the public in a few weeks, as part of the next phase of development featuring 150 homes located east of Apian Way. It’s worth noting that lots still available in existing sections will be built on the new models rather than the original ones.
Excitingly, there is no longer a waitlist to purchase new homes coming onto the market, with lots and inventory homes now listed and available for purchase.
