The newest addition to Riverland is Valencia Walk, GL Homes’ Phase 3 development, which was released in April 2022. The purchase of lots was made available by lottery during the first three releases, with 94 lots sold on April 22nd, followed by another 48 lots sold on June 24th and August 20th, 2022.
